Steve is a former Walt Disney executive with 25+ years of major media experience. He has produced, executive produced, or been senior or corporate management on more than 50 feature films, television programs, music specials and multi-media projects. He has many key, senior level relationships with top tier media companies, law firms, agencies, sales companies, producers, and studios.
He is also formally a principal member of Primary Entertainment LLC. founded in 1999, and through which he produced content and advised clients in key areas of media financing, including film and television production, distribution, post production, music supervision, media acquisitions, and corporate sponsorships.
Steve now splits his time between his homes in both Hollywood, CA. and Oxford, MS.
Justin brings over 15 years experience as senior executive, and management and sales consultant across entertainment, media, technology, and financial services.
For the last ten years he has helped clients both large and small create double digit growth by implementing high performance programs for business strategy alignment and development, leadership and organizational development, capital raising, business development execution, and technology automation. Previously, he was the Head of Corporate Operations & Development for Inspired Corporation, which distributed wellness and youth media products to retailers such as Costco, Target, and Best-Buy, and Wal-Mart. Justin served as a Head of Business Development at Mainspring, which provided digital strategies to global corporations such as AT&T, IBM, NewsCorp, Reuters, Sony, and Time Warner. Prior to Mainspring, Justin was Founder and CEO of UniverseONE, which created premium online music and sports fan clubs. Before UnivereseONE, Justin began his career working for Mushroom Records/Frontier Touring producing and promoting live global music tours and online services for artists such as Crowded House, Garbage, KISS, Midnight Oil, No Doubt, REM, and Sting.
John DeMarco has been a production executive for over twenty plus years in the entertainment business. He has had a producer title on a wide variety of feature films and content series for network and streaming platforms. In the music space, John was on the business development team for national and global artists still touring today. On the Corporate studio executive level John has held numerous positions inside fortune 500 corporations. For experiential /charity work he held positions on the advisory boards for a wide range of companies on the regional level and national platform. John has also served as a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences for the last 15 plus years.
Amile has has worked on stage and on screen as an actor, dancer, director and producer on projects including international dance tours including the critically acclaimed Kinetic Dance Theatre. Feature Film credits include THE DYNAMITER, CHOICE DENIED, and most recently EDEN released in Fall of 2015. His experience managing the day-to-day operations of complex and difficult projects as well as creative problem solving from production overseas has earned him a reputation for producing high quality products while remaining under budget.
Mark was Born in Brighton, England, and became interested in the film industry in the early 90’s where he was was involved in the making of a number of award winning short films. This interest turned into a labour of love with cinema and from 1994 through 2004, Mark co-wrote, financed and produced several films including The end of the line in 1994, Mainline Run starring Hugo Speer (The Full Monty) in 1995, Distant Shadow in 1998, Redemption Road in 2001 and In 2003/4 he was a production executive on films such as Wake of Death, Modigliani, School for Seduction, Out of Season, Battle of the Brave etc. Mark’s films have been featured at festivals and film markets around the world from Cannes to Toronto, Venice, Berlin, Cherbourg and Rio de Janeiro, in prominent Film magazines such as ‘Total Film’ (UK) and featured on numerous television shows such as Film Four, The Sundance Channel, Associated Press Television Network (APTN) and Films & Sterren (AKA Films and Stars).
After a successful tenure producing his first few films Mark Co-founded Studio Finance, a UK Film tax Company, which utilized the UK Government’s Section 48 Tax breaks for film production and later went on to consult for financing group, UK Film Services (UKFS) who were responsible for more than $300 million of tax shelter film financing for the UK film industry in 2003/4. Mark moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and since then has consulted on numerous film and television projects through his consulting company ‘Movieheaven Consulting’, was Head of Entertainment for Exemplar Capital an East Coast Investment Bank and Law Firm and has formed various film financing vehicles including the Official Selection Film Fund, which is currently raising capital.
Nolan Dean is a filmmaker with a passion to captivate audiences with unforgettable characters on archetypal adventures. Recurring subjects include the bonds of brotherhood, tribalism, father/son conflicts, and coming-of-age journeys. Whether through laughter or tears, gasps or cheers, Nolan hopes his work entraps you and leaves you better for watching it. Ultimately, he hopes each of his babies is celebrated (and quoted) for years to come.
With one feature documentary under his belt and a handful of completed scripts waiting in the wings, Nolan is producing and directing films in partnership with Empire Media Partners and writing his next slate of screenplays.
Nolan lives with his wife Jackie and baby girl Arwen in a cool delta town on the Mississippi River called Helena, where they hang out with friends, mentor teens, paddle the big river, and keep life simple.
Frank Merle is an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter who served as Artistic Director of Chicago's critically-acclaimed Keyhole Theatre Company and directed over 30 professional stage productions before turning his attention to film. Since then, he has written five feature-length screenplays and has written and directed several award-winning films, including the critically-acclaimed feature thriller The Employer, starring Malcolm McDowell, and the found-footage horror film From Jennifer. His work has won awards at numerous international film festivals. He is currently living in Los Angeles and has several film projects in development.
